Community Flag Design Contest

We are excited to announce that we will be holding a Community Flag Design Contest! This flag will represent the unique balance of culture and creativity existing within our community.

We invite all teenage and adult Residents to participate in this contest. To enter, please submit a full color flag design to Victor@essexhoa.com along with your property address, email address and phone number. Entries will be judged based on how tasteful, colorful, and creative the flag designs are in addition to how well the flags represent the cultural balance in the Bear Creek Ranch community. All entries must be submitted no later than 5:00 p.m. August 18, 2023.

A panel of judges will be selected to judge the entries and announce the contest winner and the winning flag will be displayed in the community for Residents and visitors to see and enjoy.
