We are pleased to advise you of the Annual Meeting to be held on Tuesday, January 24, 2017. The purpose of this meeting is to conduct normal business of the Association and present information on current Association affairs as well as well as electing one (1) officer to the Board of Directors. Enclosed is a candidate form to complete is you are interested in serving on the Board of Directors and a proxy for your convenience to be used in the event that you are unable to attend the meeting. A meeting cannot be held unless a quorum is present, either in person or by proxy.
