New Community Manager

I would like to take this opportunity to introduce myself, my name is Dean McSherry, and effective immediately, I will be your new Community Association Manager. Assisting me in this role is Victor Corcoran, Assistant Community Manager and we both are looking forward to working with the Board of Directors, active Committees, and the Owners and Residents of the community.

As your Community Association Manager, I want you to know that as your Manager, I am committed to assisting you with any Association or community related matters possible. Please note that after normal business hours and on weekends, you will be connected to our after-hours emergency answering service, however, the Association’s web submission program is available 24/7 for submission regarding any non-emergency matter. All communications outside normal business hours are returned in the order received.

Your Board of Directors has demonstrated their commitment to serving the best interests of the Bear Creek Ranch community and I am looking forward to the opportunity to serve alongside the Board in their continued efforts to serve your Association and community related needs.
