Pool Projects Update & Future Projects

We are please to announce that the pool opened on time today, Friday, May 27, 2022. However, we do want to update the community on the current condition of the pool surface and other project in progress.

To help prolong the life of the pool one more season, we performed a light acid wash and power wash of the pool. Unfortunately, due to the age of the pool and amount of staining, not much change occurred. We will be budgeting for the much larger project to replaster both the main/kiddie pools for the 2023 pool season. This project will commence once the 2022 season ends at the end of September.

However, Regular repairs have been completed with a few upgrades and refurbishments to the existing amenities. This year there will be new picnic table and lounge chairs by mid-July. There will be four permanently installed picnic table under the cabanas and twenty-five lounge chairs to replace the aging ones. Please see the examples below.
