The purpose of the meeting will be to elect one (1) member to the Board of Directors and to discuss normal business of the Association. We hope everyone had a great Summer, and enjoyed the pool season as much as we have. With the season coming to an end, and school starting back up, the pool hours will be moving to weekend hours. Starting September after Labor Day, the pool will be available during weekend hours only. Let’s make the most of what is left and enjoy the poolside. We hope to see all of you next Summer! We have been made aware of several complaints concerning the pool entry requirements and rules pertaining to acceptable behaviors. The new entry requirements were very carefully developed in response from homeowner web submissions and advice from the Homeowner Board Member. Due to an influx of unauthorized visitors, we added an extra layer of security to deter this activity from occurring (wrist bands). Since the practice of require wrist bands has not been implemented for a few years now, all previous wrist bands can be discarded, as we have purchased new bands for homeowners and guests. A date will be scheduled so that we may hand out the new wrist bands on site. We will notify the community once confirmed. Click Full Story for more information.

This helps to keep the community clean and prevents possible diseases from spreading to other pets in the community. We would like to inform you that at this time the pool opening will now be delayed to Friday, June 4th, 2021. This due to the weather interfering with the completion of the pump and filter retrofit. We appreciate your understanding and will continue to update the community if any other delays occur.

We would like to inform you, that at this time the pool opening will be delayed to Friday, May 28, 2021. Due to the weather, there has been a delay in completing the pump and filter retrofit. The Lancaster MUD#1 and Bear Creek HOA are preparing to apply for an outdoor recreation grant to construct new public recreational opportunities in the Bear Creek community. Resident input is needed to help determine what public recreation opportunities will be requested in the grant application. Your input is valuable and your opinions will make a difference.
