We would like to announce that the use of wristbands has been re-implemented this pool season and going forward. We will be hosting a Wristband Handout Event for any new or old homeowners that have not received their pool wristbands before.

Each homeowner will receive one wristband per household member and wristbands for guest if needed, not to exceed (4). Please note that all owners will be required to present their ID. If you are unable to stop by the pool Saturday, July 31st, please visit the Association’s website at www.bearcreekranchhoa.com and click on the link located under Pool Access to complete the form and submit your request. Registration in the site is required. Should you have any questions about this event you may submit an inquiry via the “Contact Us” tab and an Essex Association Management representative will respond promptly.
